Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Terms

Regardless of the reason, cancellations are costly. To offset these costs, the following fees will apply. If you cancel, non-recoverable expenses of our suppliers will be charged, plus the following charges.

Cancellation Charges

The following will be charged on cancellation of a tour:

• Cancelled before 60 days & more: 0% of the total cost
• Cancelled between 15 – 59 days: 50% of the total cost
• Cancelled between 14 days or less & no show: 100% of the total cost

Important Notes

• All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to kashmirongo@gmail.com
• Cancellation fees are calculated from the date we receive your written cancellation notice
• Refunds may take 7-10 business days to process after cancellation
• Special events or peak season bookings may have different cancellation terms

Force Majeure

In cases of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other force majeure events, we will work with you to reschedule or provide credit for future travel.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, and other travel disruptions.
